By downloading, installing, or using Smarters IPTV Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

Description of Service

Smarters IPTV Pro is an IPTV player application for iOS and Android that allows users to:

• Load and play IPTV playlists from their own provider via M3U URL, Xtream Codes API, or playlist file
• Watch live TV channels, movies, and series supplied by their IPTV provider
• Browse an Electronic Program Guide (EPG) when provided by their playlist
• Organize favorites, categories, and multiple playlists
• Stream on multiple devices and cast to compatible screens

Important: Smarters IPTV Pro is a media player only. It does not provide, sell, host, or distribute any TV channels, streams, playlists, or subscriptions. You must obtain content from your own IPTV provider, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that content is legally licensed in your region.

The App is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about compatibility with all IPTV providers, playlist formats, or stream types, or perfect functionality at all times.

User Responsibilities

• Use the App only with playlists and content you are legally authorized to access
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright law
• Respect the intellectual property rights of content owners and broadcasters
• Use the App's features as intended
• Report bugs and security issues responsibly

✗ Prohibited Activities

• Streaming pirated, unlicensed, or otherwise unauthorized content
• Reverse engineering or modifying the App
• Using the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfering with the App's security features
• Distributing the App outside of official channels

Third-Party Rights

Device, platform, and channel brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We use these only for compatibility identification purposes. Smarters IPTV Pro is not affiliated with any IPTV provider, broadcaster, or content service. All streamed content belongs to its respective rights holders.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

• The App may not work with all IPTV providers, playlist formats, or stream types
• Playback quality depends on your IPTV provider, stream sources, and network conditions
• We may suspend or terminate the service at any time

Limitation of Liability

Subscription and Payments

Free Features

Core IPTV playback functionality is available free of charge with no time limitations.

Premium Features

Advanced features may require a premium subscription. Premium subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Charges will be made to your Apple ID or Google account
• Auto-renewal can be disabled in your Apple ID or Google Play settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Pricing may vary by region and may change

Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Your data stored locally will be removed with the App.

Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do:

• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
